Suleman Dawood School of Business

The Suleman Dawood School of Business, established in 1986, was the first school instituted at LUMS. SDSB was founded with the vision of becoming a leading management school in the region, with a truly global perspective, recognized for research and teaching excellence. Accordingly, SDSB is ranked as the best business school in Pakistan, as per the rankings issued in 2013 by the Higher Education Commission, and is the only management school from Pakistan to hold accreditation from the South Asian Quality Assurance System (SAQS) of the Association of Management Development Institutions in South Asia (AMDISA). The school has also been awarded full-member status of the Association of Asia-Pacific Business Schools, and is a member of the European Foundation for Management Development as well.
